Who we are

Core Dwelling Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, supportive, and stable housing for seniors, low income individuals, and those who are transitioning from incarceration in Wayne, and Macomb Counties.

Our name reflects our mission: “Core” represents stability and essential support, while “Dwelling” represents a safe home. We believe everyone deserves a place to call home—a space where they can live with dignity, independence, and security.

We offer:

• Room-and-board housing

• Secure housing for individuals transitioning from incarceration
